Head coach Kathy Cook has over 28 years of coaching experience and 20 years of officiating experience in three sports. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from East Stroudsburg University with a B.S. in Physical Education, where she was co-captain of the women's swim team. Coach Kathy was also a 3 time YMCA State champion. Kathy competed in primarily the butterfly and freestyle. She was an All College Lacrosse Player (varsity for 4 years) and founded the Pocono Family YMCA swim team.

Assistant Coach Andy Jones graduated with a B.A. in Economics from Lehigh University, where he won the Patriot League championship in the 100 and 200 Breast. Coach Andy held the Lehigh University team record in the 100 Breast until 2004, and the 200 Breast until 2000. Coach Andy swam for the Upper Main Line YMCA and the Shipley School. He placed 3rd in the 100 Back at YMCA Nationals in 1988. Married to Kelly with twin boys.

Assistant Coach Mark Agnew swam for the Cecil County YMCA, and still competes in YMCA Master's Swimming. Coach Mark coached the Valley Area Swim Team in 1990-91. He has a BA in History from James Madison University. Coach Mark teaches history at Pottstown High School, where is also coaches track and field. He also manages the North End Swim Club.

Assistant Coach Amy Agnew swam for Lake Braddock High School in Virginia and the Fort Eustis USA Team. She has a B.A. in English from James Madison and a M.A. from George Mason University. Coach Amy is also head coach of the Pottsgrove School District and North End swim teams. Married to Coach Mark, 3 sons.

Assistant Coach Bill Draves swam for Clarence Senior High School and Buffalo State College in New York. He placed 12th in the 400 IM at the NY State College Meet. Former head coach for the the North Penn YMCA and Lansdale Borough swim team for 4 years. Assistant coach at Boyertown YMCA and Boyertown summer team for 12 years. Started a Master's team at North Penn and Boyertown. Married to Anita, 4 children.

Assistant Coach Mark Ottinger holds a B.A. in Education from Millersville University, where he swam on the varsity squad for four years. He won the 200 Breast state college champion. He received his Masters in Educational Administration in 1972. Coach Mark has 40 years of teaching experience and 28 years of coaching and officiating experience.

Coach John swam for the Phoenixville YMCA and is a member of the North End Swim Club. He is married to Marie and has 3 sons!
